Most recently, Melanie Phares served as Vice President, Global HR Operations for Ricoh Production Print, a provider of document services for data center, graphic arts and in-plant environments delivering to enterprises of all sizes. Ricoh Production Print, initially a joint venture between IBM and the Ricoh, was established in 2007 and evolved into a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ricoh Company.
The role combined global, company-wide leadership of HR operations management including payroll and HR systems, business expense and HR processes with strategic business planning.
Melanie began her 25-year career with IBM as a Programmer and held various roles in Development before joining Human Resources in 2005. 
Melanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New Mexico State University.
