Harry has over 7 years as a senior consultant with a major international compensation data provider, specializing in the field of global mobility. Prior to that, he retired from IBM with 35 years of service, 25 of which were in the field of global mobility. Harry had worldwide responsibilities for IBM’s global international assignment policy, its global expatriate management system, the global expatriate compensation structure and the US Mobility Plan. These programs support over 4,000 global expatriates and over 3,000 annual domestic moves within the US.
Harry also served as a member of the Expatriate Management Committee (EMC) of the National Foreign Trade Council, the Cartus Global Advisory Board and the Overseas Schools Advisory Council (OSAC) of the US State Department.
